This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for ARC Private Lending only for information collected through our website, https://arcprivatelending.com, and not for information collected offline.  Again this privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:

• How it can be corrected;
• How it is secured;
• How policy changes will be communicated; and
• How to address concerns over misuse of personal data.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than to assist in the delivery of the services you need and request.

In addition ARC Private Lending may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in good faith belief that such action is deemed necessary or is required in an effort to deliver the service(s) you need and request.

Contact Form, Pre-Qual Forms and Loan Submission Forms

We request information from you on our various forms. To obtain information from us regarding a loan or loan program, you must provide personal contact information (like name, phone number, email address and property address) and sometimes financial information.  This information is used to contact you regarding our services, to help determine qualification, asses risk and obtain a loan.  At no time will we sell or rent your information to a third party.

Sharing

With some loan programs we use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond processing your order.

And/or:

If we partner with another party to provide specific services in connection with your loan, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Security

We shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. loan processor, underwriter, loan officer) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. Do Not Track

ARC Private Lending does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. ARC Private Lending reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those changes to our website at www.arcequity.com, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information.  If at any point in time ARC Private Lending decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user shall be promptly notified by email.  Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in the separate manner.
